So these guys support is awful. Black Mother Fuckers retains at 2 rebills out of 25+ trials. Now after bitching at them and switching my links to no trials my ratio has went down the shitter and they cut my traffic somehow the last few days to top it off. I know for a fact because I have a top thumb still listed on a huge tgp and the traffic wouldn't just go away like this.

yeah they suck ass.

Actually the cut traffic has to do with a server problem and so does the lack of support. They are all fixing the server problem... Which is most important since NO ONE GETS PAID WHEN THEY ARE NOT DOING TRANSACTIONS...

So it isn't just YOU, it is everyone for the last 2 days...

already talked to jay on the phone. I have icq'd you several times and never get a reply. I get discouraged and after having terrible ratios then watch my 404 traffic dwarf my traffic for the main sponsor im pushing, it set me off. Since I now know you guys are having issues I retract my statements. But you guys definately need to work on the support.

im getting about $14.48/join over the history of my account. used no trial half the time, then switched to trials afterwards. not too impressive but 2 of their sites convert amazingly well for me so thats why i keep on using them.

yeah it's too bad the trials don't convert for shit, but now that I switched to no trials my ratio sucks. oh well.. I see why people jump on the PPS sponsors now, atleast it's gauranteed money.

Yes, for program owners that are looking at this thread...there is an exploit in PHP Smarty that makes NATS vunerable. I you are using an older version of Smarty...please make sure you upgrade it.

1. Chris and I both spoke to you on ICQ and returned all of your emails. It got to the point where none of this seemed to be getting through to you so I invited you to call me. We had a half hour chat and I thought everything was hunky-dory. During our conversation it was established:

A. You convert pretty well with us (you still do 1:721 ? pretty good for TGP traffic)
B. You had some concerns about rebills.

I looked up your account and saw that you first started sending traffic at the 21st of last month MEANING THE THERE IS NO WAY YOU COULD EVEN SEE A REBILL UNTIL THE 21ST OF THIS MONTH. It?s the 14th right now, just in case you need to set your watch.

2. I gave you a free password to the members area so you could see that we were not a ?scam?.

3. You yourself even admitted that you?ve only been in this business for a month and a half, as in evidenced by your postings.

4. Find one other major program owner that will spend time with a newbie affiliate the concept of a rebill!!!! Say what you want about my board persona ? I?ve made millions of dollars promoting other programs BEFORE I ever started my own. Believe it or not, I empathize with the plight of the newbie / smaller webmaster. I was one myself 8 years ago.

5. On the topic of scams: We use NATS, which is 3rd party propriety ? we DO NOT have access to the source code to cheat you out of joins?even if we wanted to?which we don?t.

So Ryan?the long and short of it is this. You?ve sent 39 sales that started on the 21st and many of them were full joins and quite a few converted to full. ON THE 21ST OF THIS MONTH you will start to see rebills?do you get it yet? When you promote a revshare, you need to do it over a long period of time and build up a good base of rebills?then weather you send traffic or not?you keep on getting money! Ok Jay, fair enough. I tried to contact Chris and had problems getting in touch with him the last few days. I jumped the gun posting here, I let frustration take over. I apologize for not contacting you first and asking you what was up. I've noticed in the past that their galleries are slow to load sometimes. They did however recently update their galleries, but most of the sights content hasn't changed in the past 2 to 3 years since I've been marketing them.
