Besides eating sand in the beach, my mom told me I used to eat bugs from the garden.
Just looked for the ones I liked (those which make themselves a little ball when in danger) and eat them like candies. In Spanish, we call those bugs: "bichos bolita" (little-ball bugs).

LoL!!! Where did you grow up? I grew up in Panama and same thing with the frogs after it rained, tons of them.

We used to chase them around with sticks, I think they call that frog giggin' in the south.

That happened in Monte Hermoso, a beach city near Bahía Blanca (my hometown). Bahía Blanca is 600kms south Buenos Aires, in Argentina.
Streets weren't paved back then. I guess things must be different now. Haven't been there in years.

We used to get dog poo rap it in toilet paper or tissue, put it on our neighbours door steps, set it on fire, knock the door and run away and hide somewhere where we could watch tham stamp out the fire . Pretty stupid thing to do but we thought it was hilarious at the time.

Those silly little grey things are actually really interesting characters.

...Mmm I used to participate in Orange Wars, that shit used to be so fucking painful, one of those oranges hit you in the right spot and you would be freaking sore for days (I used to play baseball....lol)

Also, there were some bad ass, big, mean, iron-like, indestructible ants that came through the yard every 6 months, they killed everything in their path ..... I used to grab some gasoline from my gandpa's storage room and light those bitches on fire, but amazingly those things didn't die!!!! It was cool to watch the whole line on fire though!

1. I would steal my sisters barbies and give them crazy haircuts

2. I would get my little hot wheel cars and smash them all with hammers and make accident scenes.

3. I would steal my dads old cassette tapes and break them to remove the tape inside and then I would wrap that shit around anything I could find ( kind of like toilet papering a house but with tape)

4. We would break off these sticks from a friends basket in his garage and smoke it, we thought since smoke came through this straw stick that we were smoking

5. In 4th grade we went over to my friends house everyday before his dad got home a 1/2 hour later and watch his porns, at one point we had like 20 kids coming over each day. We had to make it quick or else our parents would notice we had not come home from school yet

6. Use to listen to my older sisters NWA, Willie D tapes to go to sleep with

and I'm sure there is tons more...
