I see it almost every fucking day: South Korean cards declined on CCbill, its industrial, developed country with high broadband penetration, so what the deal?
Why CCbill dont like South Korean cards?

Why CCbill dont like South Korean cards?

Re
No way, score decline reason is common for Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Koreans are hard working robots, same as Japanese.Comment

It could be that it fails the address checking or something... perhaps the format of the address fields as required don't entirely match up with the way the credit card companies confirm them?
Is there something common with the card numbers or something? Issuing bank? Potentially blocked to CCBill because those banks know CCBill processes porn?
Just a thought.

It's very strange indeed, just found interesting article confirming that Koreans are damn horny nation:
" The South Koreans, living in a real democratic society, are a lot luckier. And, it appears, pluckier. "The number of Korean-language pornographic Websites operating overseas has shot up nearly 50 times in the past one and a half years," The Korea Herald reported this past September. "At the end of August, 202 foreign-based Korean-language porn sites were in service, compared to less than half-a-dozen in January last year. About 90 percent of the sites are presumed to be based in Los Angeles, where many overseas Koreans live."
Sociologists studying this phenomenon are surely having a field day. In the aforementioned NetValue study, South Korea recorded the highest percentage of student visitors to adult sites (50 percent of all visitors in the month of March alone)"
