Sorry to break it to you but it's been only 41 years since any immigration legis first formed and about 32 years since they were actually enforced. Because it's the most diff country to become a citizen of, the mexs maybe thinking oh wtf lets just be illegals which is easier lol.

Basically, in the natural world, any group in an ecosystem that can't sustain itself (overpopulation / disease / poor management of resources / etc) usually expires. My 2 cents since I live about 1 mile from the border

1 - Our school here are all bi-lingual - if you as a teacher don't speak spanish, don't apply
2 - You must be bi-lingual to get any job where I live
3 - Highschool Graduation will be in Spanish starting next year
4 - We now have 50% of our classes in spanish and english
5 - If you are a doctor where we live you must offer a spanish speaking employee or lose your insurance. Right now this is volunteer in our state but they are looking to make it mandatory
6 - Our Insurance is the highest in the country, due to the fact of so many uninsured mexicans having accidents and no insurance when they come over the border
7 - I went to a College Day in our school and they had a speaker in spanish and a speaker in English just for the College Application
8 - Almost every day young women are found dead in the desert, either Mexican girls or US Girls - Murder, Violence and Child Abuse are one of the highest in the country
9 - We have the highest teenage pregnancy rate and highest dropout rate
10 - Our schools are on the buttom 3 in the Nation

and let me tell you since you all think those poor mexicans who are here illegal don't get paid much

Construction Worker - Illegal - Get 8 to 15 bucks per hour
Carpenters Frame and Custom get 20 bucks per hour
Plumper - Electrician - Get 20 bucks per hour

For the past year I have tried to find english speaking workers! The contractors speak english however 99% of their workers don't. I am now taking classes in Spanish just to be able to speak to the locals.

I am in favour of returning Illegals to their country or origin. Let them apply legally to come into this country. Even in WW2 when most Jewish came to the USA they had to register. Irish had to register, Somalians are all coming thru the Seattle area and have to register.

If you come into the country and work here and want to live here you should register at least, so you pay taxes.

The first thing illegals do in our state is get pregnant and have babies born in the USA, thats an automated in.

Right now Hillary Clinton wants to offer scholarships for illegal immegrants. How about a scholarship for one of my kids?? Oh wait we don't qualify, were white and americans..

Look you can argue about this issue all day long, your not going to stop it. Instead of putting them to jail, they should be send back, period. It doesn't matter what country you are from. If you are here illegal and youre caught doing something wrong, anything, and youre caught. The first place should be back to your country and not our jails!

Actually they're not deported and that's the problem.
When an illegal gets arrested for something, because of the laws we have now, they most be treated the same way as anyone else. That means charged with a crime, booked, and a bail set.

Local and state officials have to call fedral immigration officials to come and pick up the illegals.... but they very rarely show up when called. Or they show up way to late they the illegal is already bailed out of jail, and got himself a new id and alias to go by. Local officials have no authority to detain an illegals longer then necessary, if bail is posted they have to release them.

In my younger days I worked construction and have spent a few nights in jail for petty stuff. Trust me when I say I've seen it all first hand.

I've seen illegals (just one more time, no, mexicans aren't the only illegals in this country) getting caught and deported first hand actually was an everyday story. I used to work parttime in summers at a police station as a file clerk while going to college.
