We got tickets for $20 (about $150 including taxes) from Copenhagen and with 3 nights at a decent hotel we are paying about $500 each for trip (airfare+hotel) we checked out a couple of other places, St. Petersburg, Prague and it would cost more because of the cheap airfare.
And its a place we've never been and have only heard good things about Dublin, I agree its not a place to go for the shopping but thats fine with me :D
