              could be. or a cavity. or wisdom teeth/molars coming in.
              just went to the dentist last month..my bottom teeth were soooo sensitive (i had the urge to bite down constantly), turns out that it was cuz my molars coming in, were pushing my other teeth around (making them sensitive as fuck.)

                                              I just went through that for the past 2 weeks. Finally went to the doctor and she gave me antibiotoics and Percocet...so the teeth probably still hurt...I just don't give a fuck anymore.

                                                                  ill tell you a trick ambesol is good , but they make this throat spray with novocaine in it.. i think its for coughs , its expensive and you will need like 5 bottles to last per day, great in an emergency though.. bu that shit and gargle it in your mouth, it will make you gums numb.. ( you can also do it with cocaine but much more expensive )
