I very much admire the company and the way they train staff, they have a very consistent product. But their product is very poor when you compare it to the quality coffee that is available in the smaller gourmet coffee shops. I used to think SB was the greatest because i had nothing to compare it to, but after trying coffee shops all over California i realize that i was mistaken and that roasters like Moto coffee or Ryan Bros even Detric coffee roasted and brewed correctly tasted like ambrosia when compared to the burnt products SB sells
