    Pending trial sales on PPS??

Is this common practice to offer a $35 PPS option and a 60% revshare option... but only pay the $35 PPS if a full monthly join is made? They won't pay the $35 on trials unless they convert into full members? That kind of defeats the purpose of PPS doesn't it?

    Opinions?

If they CLEARLY state this, then I wouldn't see what the big deal is.

But I have to agree with you: this is not standard.

Also, I second what Machete said: name names.
      I'm just a newbie.

It's called Pay Per Active Signup... so I guess I just didn't realize until after several "pending" trial sales last month what was happening. I'll just switch to revshare, but what the hell is the point of PPA? Someone pays $30 so I can make $35? I suppose the only reason to use that is if you believe they can't rebill for shit...

this used to be standard for years, Pay per Active was the way we rolled from like 96 to 2002.
