as long as she doesn't hold it over your head, im sure its great. some women will make note again and again if they pay/spend more than you do in a relationship. that can get very annoying.

I had the same problem. It wasn't a marriage but a long term relationship. He seemed quite content when I was making less than he was but once my salary was doubling and tripling his, it really bothered him. Ditto had insecurity problems to begin with.Originally posted by RRRED

Thats why my parents divorced. My mom took her chance after "velvet revolution" (Czech republic, 1989, comunists rule fall), she developed former family company, that was given back to us. Suddenly she was succesfull business woman, while my dad stuck on his place... He never accepted that woman is supposed to be like this and gave her hell. Thats my experience... I hope that "today´s guys" are different.Comment
