Link exchange invitation with Zepti.net for real?

Just want to ask if anybody here has successfully made a link exchange, with the website Zepti.net, a search engine site clearly using Google data, and actually having their link listed in their categories.

A Robert Cooper from this website has emailed several of my sites with an invitation for a link exchange, however after having submitted one my sites as a test, through his web form and put a reciprocal link on my sit, my site can still not be found in his directory.

Note that during some work for a large web not owned by me, I have seen the link exchange invitation come from a Nick Shydner.
