so have I, more this year so far than all of 07 combined
it's a horrible "trend" i'm just hoping it's just a bad luck streak though, but i think it's bigger than that, maybe it is the thing with the economy
This seems to have started in January and to my eyes is some sort of banking - processing thing rather than a surfer issue. It really looks like the acquiring banks have tightened processing criteria and therefore scrubs.
In my case it seems the refund/chargeback spike has passed. One interesting thing was that most of these were older transactions, 3 to 6 months.
The thing that has me most concerned at the moment is the ball crunchingly tight scrubs that all the processors seem to have now.
Guys have you not seen this every year? Its tax season all the turds that don't look at the cc statements and "forgot" they got rebilled get asked by the accountant what it is.
Every year year after year March and April are the worst. You will see one guy charge back sometimes for months or try to atleast.
Try getting more than 1 phone sign up a week and then we will talk.
Wow... lol you don't know much about my site.
I fact, I have 1 affiliate as an example, who has been pushing the site now for about 5 years. In that time he has made 2170 sales, and $40,948 dollars and at TOTAL of 2 chargebacks and 2 refunds, and 2 of those where from the same member.
