it is very basic, but if you are happy with it that is all that matters
but I would do something with the header/logo, something off about it
I would also get rid of the glow on Directed by, it looks kind of cheesyComment

I think it needs a bit more color, a boxcover is often the first thing people see. (assuming it will be on the shelf in a store.) Just imagine yourself walking into an adult store and think "will this box stand out from all the others on the shelf?"
It's actually cool that you made a thread about it, I do box covers for select people (I used to do them all the time) and I just recently did a few for one of the major sponsor programs that is now venturing into the DVD market as well. I will ask if I can post the boxes here. You can also check out some "older" boxes I did on http://www.theboxcoverguy.com
