UNC had a nice run towards the end of the first half. I liked how UNC ran the score on other teams throughout the tournament and they got their asses handed to them in the final four. -

i wasn't rooting for either team but any real college basketball fan knows straight up carolina is the better team. they lost like any sports team will(patriots). Kansas out played them tonight but id like to see carolina come back from 28 and win by 10! Kansas is going to have a hard time with Memphis' speed for sure. Memphis by 8.Comment

Sorry I thought maybe you were confused with K-State who did play in the NIT in the 90's. Instead of KU who only played there 68 & 69. So, technically they did play there one year after year.
Even if they came back within 4, I think 40-12 kinda makes the "best coach ever" comment a little iffy.
