    LOL... not working ... dead .. gone ...

    Have a domain there ... wanted to see what the fuss was ...

    Well, here is the fuss ...

                  I manage my own DNS, and dreamhost sites are functioning just fine. Maybe their having DNS issues?

                          That looks like the problem, i tried to ping one of their DNS servers and got nothing. They had DNS problems a while ago to so im not suprised.

                              So do I ... but I wantyed to see what it was all about, and for galleries why should I use my expensive BW...

                              They still should have dnds working on a few servers .. My dns are on 4 different boxes...

                                          A large portion of our network just dropped offline. It's impossible for us to tell exactly which servers are affected but we are working as quickly as possible to remedy the situation.

                                                      I am setting up also that domain on my DNS... So at least, if theirs fail, mine will be up ( or vice-versa )

                                                      You can do the same with zoneeedit.com for free ( extra DNS in case your host DNS fails )

                                                                  but check the dream host notice board and there's always one service or another having problems
