i got fucked over by webair also. Plugged my sites because my virtual account pulled to much resources: however they couldn't tell me which script/process caused problems. Took me 3 weeks to get my data back, but they couldn't get my sql data back: they had no backup of that. I still get mad everytime i read webair.
