Kinda like Alfs hit on Tucker from behind then going in and scoring the goal that knocked the Leafs out of the playoffs. BTW no penalty on the play. Hit ruled clean. I think Bell should take that cage off, I don't think he's injured anymore.. I mean it's been like 4 month since he got clocked. Whatever, I loved seeing that little bitch crawling around on the ice. He had it coming from the Leafs.

we called bell "duey" from the stands in san jose. hey got a DUI (driving under the influence) and a hit and run i think. if he was having a bad game, we would chant for to have a few between periods so he could pick it up.
whenever he hit someone on the ice, we knew that he had a few.... becuase all that guy can do is hit someone when they are not looking-sean

Well the hapless helpless Leafs could have redeemed themselves a lot if they helped make the Sens miss the playoffs. They came up 6 goals short. Knocking Alfie out for the first round though may be a pretty sweet consolation prize.
I'm no Leafs fan but I pray the Sens go out 4 straight in the first round.
Let the hockey gods do their work ...

Alfredsson broke 2 NHL 101 rules
a) not looking up after getting rid of the puck
b) skating laterally across the offensive zone
He DESERVED to get hit. He looked like a rookie. I recall a hit on Sundin a year or two ago by andy sutton. Same thing.. sundin skated laterally across the offensive zone and got LAID OUT - he deserved it and he knew it.
If Bell went low and took out his knees - that's dirty. If Bell got elbow-to-head, that's dirty. If it was late, that's dirty. Nothing about this hit was dirty in ANY WAY.
Why do you think Alfredsson just got back on his feet and skated away.. without saying a word? Cause he knew that it was his fault for being in that position. End of Story.I died.Comment
