    How often do you buy your staff lunch?

    When our people do a kick ass job or we feel moral needs a boost we will buy the office lunch. For them it is a big thing and its not that large of an expense for us compared to the cost of lost time over an unhappy staff.

    How often do you guys that staff an office give out promos or buy lunches?

                                      I think thats an awesome way to keep not only moral up but also shows that you appreciate the work that others are doing. The end result - they go out and talk to more webmasters - positive and anxious to bring in sales.

                                      Places I have known usually take their people out once a week - they chat about work and what can be done to increase sales etc. This method is far superior that the cost of adding a company to figure out whats wrong. YOu know immediate what needs to be done and can usually assign someone at the time to get it accomplished. Weekly check ups as you go back to the previous week and find out if the tasks have been accomplished. smart thinking

                                                          A few times a week at the Panchodog offices. Also, last year, a full kitchen was installed in the office so the employees have the option of making their own, healthier food right in the office if they choose to.
