    Ever have someone owe you money...and no matter what they dont pay

    i gave them the wrong wire information four times in a row now...lol

    they sent the check twice it just never makes it there...the postman is out to get me

    they have to answer some internal questions before they can release my money back..lol


    im sick and tired of this shit....just send back the money now

                      of all the on line biz I've done I've never had problem with anybody that I HAVEN'T met in person . . seems like every person I've met in person has fucked me . . go figure?

                          That's the total opposite of our experience. I've been fucked over for payment from more online deadbeats than those I've dealt with in person over the years.

                          In fact, we're currently goin' through a collections issue with one little prick who contacted us over the web for a logo design. I don't hold much optimism at this point in ever seeing the money (his first cheque was NSF).

                          I'm hoping the fucker goes ahead and makes use of the logo. We plan to sue his ass for copyright infringement if he does.

                              If the guy can't afford $100 for the logo, he can less afford to pay you a large settlement in a lawsuit.

                                          True, the difference being he has the courts to answer to for his lack of payment - rather than a simple collection agency. The judge can garnishee his bank accounts.

                                          I suspect the only cathartic satisfaction we'll get in the end is helping fuck up his credit rating (assuming it already isn't).
