Taking a look at my database, and the one site that truly matches your criteria is from TripleXCash and is called Teen Brazil.

You may want to take a look the rest of the Brazil sites in my database to see if they have some teen content.

I only placed sites in the 'Brazil' niche if they really focused on Brazilian content only.
