Well I tell ya... the staff knew I was pissed at them from the get go (more about the situation than anything) and I let them know my position upon arrival before everyone else got there.
The management got our wrath in the form of a lawsuit... so that was in the back of my mind the whole time and any missteps could have seriously fucked things up... especially for Fay and Dave.
That which doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger (and grayer ;))
