Everytime I use your system I have an issue.
For a start you took my payment and locked me out and did not answer emails.
Then after a few weeks that was sorted out.

The you told me you had 2 names going to auction so I wasn't to sell them.
1 day before the auction you told me one was not going in, waste of time.

The you allow me to register and pay for a PRIVACY name and register it to my home address!
now 3 weeks or so later you have done nothing to solve the problem with your reseller.

Every week or so I get another answer from your tech support keeping the thread alive. Each time it is someone new and they have less idea of what they are doing than the last.

I seriouslly have not had a worse experience with a registra since Internic.net/ networksolutions!

All I want now since you are completely unable to help with anything is you can retag the .co.uk name to my TAG and I will deal with it, this is all in the ticket at:
