Ok, I took them off the cascade, I took them out of the 'Join Options this Site Offers' I even removed the codes biller details, but it still shows their button (except now it goes to WTS - which I guess isn't the worst that could be happening). I checked the template, and it wasn't hardcoded in there. Has anyone gotten rid of their NetCash button off a NATS join page? And if so, how?

Yeah, it's so weird it's NOWHERE in my NATS install. I've removed it from every inch of the NATS part, but there it is on my join pages. It's so strange. I've already had a ticket in all day with NATS with no response... now I got 2. Humm.... removing the special payment option should do it. Maybe make sure you don't have an option id for a price point, remove that special from all sites too. I think that about covers it, based on what you said you have already done.

They have some stuff hardcoded into your join page templates if you let them do the setup... Have to manually strip the last few lines.
