I was part of the "select group" mate ;-)
I suppose I was more referring to my behaviour vs. yours ;-)
I blew my stack at the front desk, in the foyer, to room service, in the restaurant...
Luckily I also did same with security, but I got them over to the "dark" side pretty quick.
Your work was outstanding under extremely difficult circumstances.
