the lox and cream cheese was on dry ice in a container. fedex and it should work. make sure mom does her test shipment to me here to make sure it works out before sending to you

Thats funny my brother moved to Northern Cali from Jersey, my mom sends some bagels out there. All his friends flip out "OH your got the Jersey Bagels"
Needless to say they go pretty quick. I hear that alot when people move from the East Coast they miss the food(pizza,& bagels)

yep- whenever i go i eat 5 meals a day. there is no comparison- the deli food in ny/nj and the italian and pizza are just not something you can find here. even arinelli pizza here in s.f. - the guy is from brooklyn and knows what he is doing but it just ain't the same. it's probably a good thing though because i am getting old and my metabolism is that of a 70 yr old lately....
