V4 is a total rebuild, completely separate system.
We could have probably spent a lot of time and effort on what you suggest, but INSTEAD, we dealt with EVERY SINGLE affiliate that would be affected, and negotiated arrangements with EACH so we did not have to.
The codes still work, they just will not track after the original server set is taken down.
All of the people having the whinge and the whine were NEVER affected in ANY way.
But what would GFY be without some good old fashioned BS by the truckload from people who don't actually do much.
There has NOT been EVEN ONE POST by a LionDollars affiliate saying they had missed out on anything.
If there is, I am listening, so we can make it right.
For a program that has well over 100 sites, has been around and paying webmasters for several years, with 1000's of affiliates, well, that sort of speaks for itself.
But like I said, never let the facts get in the way of a good drama.
