Not ONE affiliate has lost anything.
This has been explained before, it was raised here when we did A PRESS RELEASE explaining it all, and I explaiend it then.
ANY active affiliates from V3, that MAY have lost out from the new system switch to V4 were dealt with INDIVIDUALLY.
Last Friday, we emailed ALL old affiliates for the SECOND time as a courtesy reminder to CHANGE out their links, and/or re-apply so they can get new links.
There will be another remionder sen tin a couple of weeks just before the old system is shut down.
So... in short...
We did a press release BEFORE V4 launch announcing all, INCLUDING link changes.
That also hit ALL the boards
We then did more press releases on V4 launch, again stipualting the link changes.
That was also all over the boards.
We have emailed twice SPECIFICALLY on the link changes issue.
And BOTH times that has also gone to the boards.
EACH TIME, WE HAVE BEEN QUITE CLEAR ABOUT THE PROCESS TO FOLLOW TO CONTACT US IF THERE WERE ***ANY*** ISSUES
References to some long distant past "CLAIMS", and TOTALLY UNSUBSTANTIATED at that, by someone else regarding someone else who is associated with LionDollars and

Why would you make your old link codes not work? I mean what about gallery submitters who promoted you and can't change link codes since they will have thousands upon thousands of pages to change, not to mention the possibility of being blacklisted by some sites for changing pages??Comment

V4 is a total rebuild, completely separate system.
We could have probably spent a lot of time and effort on what you suggest, but INSTEAD, we dealt with EVERY SINGLE affiliate that would be affected, and negotiated arrangements with EACH so we did not have to.
The codes still work, they just will not track after the original server set is taken down.
All of the people having the whinge and the whine were NEVER affected in ANY way.
But what would GFY be without some good old fashioned BS by the truckload from people who don't actually do much.
There has NOT been EVEN ONE POST by a LionDollars affiliate saying they had missed out on anything.
If there is, I am listening, so we can make it right.
For a program that has well over 100 sites, has been around and paying webmasters for several years, with 1000's of affiliates, well, that sort of speaks for itself.
But like I said, never let the facts get in the way of a good drama.

All I can say is that CTB runs a tight ship and has always been PERSONALLY available on ICQ to answer any questions about the program no matter how small or stupid the question might be. That can't be said about a lot of the bigger guys, thats for sure.
I'm saying this as a tiny affiliate who has only sent them a trickle of traffic in total. I am certainly not one of their bigger affiliates in here sucking bro dick...

ANY affiliate we work with is worthy or our time, be they 1 join per year or 100 per day.
What shits me about these type of threads is that NOT ONE of the peeps with PLENTY to say are actually people we work with at all.
When our affiliates talk, we listen, when the rest crap on and on, it's funny.
At the end of the day my interest initially in Tempest's thread would have been to find out what his problems were, and how, if any way, we could help out.
If we couldn't, shit happens, but when the bullshit Tommy Tag a Long pissfest started, didn't take long to shut them up I noticed.
I am available PERSONALLY more than most around, and add Brad and Z to that equation and we have peeps in both hemispheres available if you want them, pretty much when you want them.

I've already been over my issues with you guys in private (a couple times) and they weren't resolved to my satisfaction... It's purely business and V4 was just the final item that's pushed me to finally moving on... I was never a big affiliate for you guys so I'm sure you won't even miss my traffic...

For the record... I've never received an email from Liondollars about V4... Out of the 3 industry boards I frequent, GFY was the only one I saw any sort of announcement.. Liondollars has been "spammed" on the other 2 boards in the past so it's not like they're not known. So you can't say you've spread this over "ALL boards".Comment
