    What the fuck is the matter with Webair these days????

    I'm sat here tearing my hair out......... Webair's legendary service has really gone to shit lately........ and its over me trying to give them business!!!! Is webair going bust or something????

    A little background... I need to add another server and more bandwidth to my account with them.... Not a big add on, P4 server, 1gb memory, 120gig HD and 15mbps, aggreagted with my other server to give me a total of 30mbps.

    My webmaster got a price 3 weeks ago, but the saleman never on icq for me to confirm the deal, so phoned them up from the UK last thursday and after being made to hold on for ages whilst i got all these recorded messages. Finally got through, spoke to a salesman, who tried to quote me $800 more than previous agreed, finally agreed the original a deal and asked for an email confirmation.

    No email arrived, emailled them myself again yesterday to chase them up but still no reply.

    They are holding back my business now and costing me money - tossers.....

    Also notice they're service has really deteriorated lately... Have you tried getting online support???? Gave up after waiting over an hour last week...

    Something is going on at webair and i dont know what!!!!!!!

    Anyone else got webair problems??

                          if you need to get stuff done fast at webair, its pretty easy.
                          for sales - icq mike 20-458-616.
                          for tech - get addyon or jeeperhtp, he is the best tech there.

                              I've been with webair for 4+ years now..never had a prob getting support, I've delt with numerous techs and they have always solved any issues I had and even gone the extra mile, helping me with coding issues or whatever I had a question with. I almost always use the live help feature, only 1 time did it take more than about 5 mins to get a tech to answer.

                                  On the contrary, I sometimes feel like I let the techs down because they move faster than I do.
