Do you have a lease? In GA, the lease stays with the property, i.e. if someone else purchases the property, they have to honor the lease. Then again, I know Hawaii has some different property laws

Bummer I remember seeing the pictures - awesome, awesome house!!! Interest rates are so low, if you plan on staying, now's the time to buy. It just sucks to have to make such big decisions based on someone else's time schedule
