Seriously - you don't want a newbie handing this which it sounds you want someone to do the grunt work without putting anything into them. Whether its 20 or 90%, you will always get someone who is going to walk in - steal your clients then go somewhere that offers a salary and commission spot. Serves you right for treating people like vacuum cleaning sales reps.
Get better talent by offering at least a good base upfront with % later. YOu dont want to look like a company that no one wants to work with or cant stay long. Banners and reps are your best form of advertising
