It's not my money, but i hate to see honest and good people such as pensfan lose money from their hard work and dedication. Then have the guy turn around who stole it, and start a program will all his stolen artwork (website), and post it all over the boards.

I've done business with Pensfan over the years. Incredible guy and incredible work. And now he's getting fucked. I don't like to see that, especially to someone like him. You won't find a finer business man.
It just kills me.

First off, i have no idea why it matters if it's 1 post or 5000 posts. You people seem to think that people who have like 5 post or something, are "nobodies."

But since we're talking about posts, what really pissed me off is that Mag saw that he DOES in fact have an account with a decent amount of posts...but still, the whole thing was overlooked.

If "posts" meant that much to Mag, or to you Sandman, now what? He has a decent amount of posts from his original account. NOW is it WORTHLY to be discussed?

This kinda of rationalization makes me ill.

I just want my money or my artwork, and this guy is basicly rubbing the fact that he got away with this in my face.

Although, there was a discussion between Kimmykim and cd smith I think it was about legal recourse, and I think I've found a way to show intent, he says in one of his emails, that he knew this was going to happen. So I think that's intent, and according to Washington law, that's a class c felony.

And seriously guys, you know I try to stay away from all this shit, pissing is not my thing, I mean we're here to make money, this other shit is just a waste of time, but when your very livelyhood gets compromised, you have to take action in some way, and he has said to me in emails that if I went to the boards, it would last about six months, then everyone would forget, well I don't see it that way, I give adult webmasters credit for being intelligent enough to steer clear of people like this.

Bottom line is I tried everything, even offered to just cancel the deal if he took my artwork down, and he has refused to do so, or to make the measely payments we agreed to in our payment plan.

Sorry to bring my dirty laundry to the board, but you guys are like the illegitimate brothers and sisters I never wanted

You make perfect sense Mag. The reason i figure you would have asked is cause i see shit fly all day on AWI. But how many times do you get stolen artwork from a designer? Stolen site designs that have been downloaded maybe. But stolen artwork? And coming from a sponser on top of that.

I don't know...just the stolen artwork seemed a little to "out of the blue." Surely enough to investigate. Just my opinion.

Honestly why i came here? Cause i didn't want you lock my thread over at AWI, or be "just another pissing match." I didn't want to start something, and not be able to finish it. I'm sure you can understand.

You're right though. I probably should have contacted you. Regardless, this was not cheap shot about you, as i'm sure you know and as stated above.

That lock thread was the final draw on this situation that i've been trying to hold my breath and not get involved with, and it blew me up.

Awhile back I was contacted by nate (I think he's billy on this board) from eroticadollars.com to design his webmaster program, some banners, and his tour for collegegirlsusa.cc. I said no problem, and that I would need 50% up front. He said he was short on cash at the moment, and that if I worked with him doing payments, that he would send me more business once his sites got rolling. we also spent a few hours on the phone discussing different things that he could do to make the members area better. I gave him urls to free content places, and some places that had inexpensive content plugins, thinking that this guy was on the up and up, and would end up being a long term customer. I told him I at least needed 500.00 up front for the work, since I didn't really know him, and he said no problem, and even overnighted me a check. I put it in the bank, and got to work. I finished up the work (which he LOVED BTW) and being the trusting guy that I am, uploaded it to his server, and the next day my bank calls and tells me that the check came back, so I had them put it back through. I let him know what had happened, because he had already sent me another check for 300.00, which was deposited a few days before. He tells me that he's having irs problems and they are messing with his account, apologizes profusely, and I'm like, that's cool, shit happens, let's just get this resolved. Well the check comes back again, and this time I also get a bounce on the 300.00 one as well... So I email him, and let him know that it came back, and that I wanted my money. I didn't hear from him, so I sent him another email, telling him that he needed to resolve this, before it got out of hand. A little song and dance email, and he asked me what I meant by out of hand. I told him I would have to press charges, as well as go to the message boards and let people know about the situation. Well he comes back with an email telling me that he is about to file bankruptcy, and if I didn't work with him by taking small amounts when he had it, he would put my bill in his bankruptcy, and I would only get 22 bucks a month for 5 years. I was livid, but I decided to give him a chance to call me, and to work this out, which he did, and I offered to let him make payments on the bill, on a weekly basis until it was paid off, just asking that he keep me up to date so I didn't have to beg. Well time goes by, and I get the money order's in the mail routine, never actually seeing anything. Out of shear luck, the 300.00 check snuck through a thrid time, and he had some cash in there, so it went through. I got this email, "hey I saw the check went through alright, I'm sending out more money today!" No money, I asked him what happened, oh it must be lost, I'll cancel it, and send out a new one tomorrow. fianlly I sent him an email asking what was up, and the last email I recieved said there was money on the way, and that was a month ago at least. I decided that I just wanted him to remove my work, and I would convert it to something else, and sell it to someone else or something turnkey. So I told him I wanted him to remove the artwork, and he has ignored me, yet posts on these boards, basicly mocking me, promoting a site that he doesn't even own in my book, and now he's talking about hiring photographers to do content for his site, but yet fails to send me what he owes...

I would have taken down the stuff myself, but my damn system crashed, and I lost his ftp information.

Bottom line is I just want my money or my work, I didn't wanna have to go to the boards, I don't wanna have to deal with attorneys, I don't wanna put the guy in jail, which I think I can do now that I reread some of his emails, and his knowing that the irs fucked up his checking account looks like intent. It's people like this that make it hard for all you guys to get favors from designers and programmers, even when they are friends of yours, and you've never fucked anyone over. Hell, up until this, I didn't even require a deposit a lot of times...

So that's my story... I know it's long, but if you guys know Mr. Nate Oulman of eroticadollars.com, maybe you could talk him into making this right, before I run out of options.
