ICDSoft. They're not cheap for a virtualhost, but I've never had any downtime - not a minute in six years. Their custom control panel is awesome, too. But don't even think of having anything related to adult there.

Pretty much every host that does adult does "mainstream" as well. You may want to stay away from places named fuck-me-up-the-butt-with-a-baseball-bat-hosting.com but most hosts keep things fairly generic.
With any shared account you run the risk of being on a server that may host something that you may not like. If you are worried about the possibility of sharing an IP address with an adult site, spring for a dedicated IP address. Better still - a VPS or dedicated solution.
