halfpint...i have a few servers with them also and they never did this too me until I just setup another server with them recently. I made payment, got all the approval emails with logins, setup some sites, and then it was suspended and they wanted me to send in a scan of the ID and credit card. I was kind of pissed off actually and told them that I have other servers setup with them and that they had scanned copies of my ID and credit card on file because I had to get Jailed Shell access setup once. They still wanted me to scan and send them in again. The best thing to do is get to know one of the sales guys and whenever you have issues just work with him. That is what I do. If you just work with whoever answers online Live or your emails you pretty much get shitty service.
Also, you won't get a response from them until Monday because the department that checks and approves the ID's is the Sales department and they don't work on weekends.
