                            dude, team31 has done over 10 designs for me, and the turn around time is usally 48hours or less.

                            he wouldnt be running from you trust me, i pay up front no problem cause every design has been top quality for me. i use them over and over again.

                                                As for Traxx I did 4 different designs and your were not happy, and it happens, But I didnt feel a full refund was unfair and never got a reply. you made your post on chrismas eve I think. and I was out of town.
