The Designer position for the ICS Entertainment group reports to the Manager of Graphic Design. This position is responsible for creating and managing online marketing material creation and delivery duties for any/all of the following: Online marketing pieces such as email, web pages, mini-sites, free previews, site tours, members areas, Search Engine hubs, online web marketing materials and banner ads.
Specific Requirements:
1) Creation and delivery of online marketing materials for the Online Dating business.
2) Creative design and input on new and emerging digital products.
3) Creative design of members areas.
4) Free tour and promotional preview page creation and delivery.
5) Ability to work closely with technology group and other cross-functional areas in a .com environment.
6) Knowledge of emerging technologies and a broad background in the newest tools in creative development (including those with high consumer usage and adoption).
REQUIREMENTS:
One to three years of design of design experience a must with a concentration in online web design strongly preferred. Strong creative design skills are mandatory, including high competency in Photoshop, Elements, and a full complement of Web-related production tools. High energy level and interest in/enthusiasm for growing the business are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Prior experiance with adult orentated sites is required. Adult creative experience is preferred.
