    foods that are bad for you taste sooo damn good

    so i went to the diner with juicy late last night and i ordered my favorite meal, eventhough i knew it was gonna mess me up today, lol. i ordered my "munchie combo" its a platter filled with chicken fingers, buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, waffle fries, and fried zuchini sticks, with marinara and blue cheese for sauce to dip in. ohhhhhhhhh and it was good.

    today, its repeating on me, lol, indigestion and burps all day

    this is why america is fat, because of me

              Technically speaking anything that is deep fat fried at the proper temperatures does not gain any real fat from the oil or lard due to the balance between steam leaving the food and the inward pressure of the hot oil or lard.


              That said yes buffalo wings are deadly bad for you and taste so damn good. Specially the ones we make. Fried first then mixed with a deep red concoction of pure butter and hot sauce. Only to be dipped in a mayo based blue cheese dressing.

                                                              Put the chicken in a little bit of flower, and then put it in oil to fry, but add about 9 oz of water to it. let the water boil off, and then the outside of the chicken to crisp a little.
