    Outstanding Charges with Epass

    I tried making a few charges on my Epass account a while ago but the site where I was purchasing from declined the card regardless of the fact that I had the funds in my epass (later found out some retailers wont' accept epass) however now my statement is still showing the outstanding charges from like 3 weeks ago. how long does it take for outstanding charges to be returned?

      A hold is held until it's released. Contact the merchant and ask them to release the hold. Lots of luck with that.

          It takes 30-31 days for the Outstanding charges to drop.
          The reason is that the merchant have 30 days to settle the transactions.

                  I use my epassporte debt card all the time...but I have found "most" places will decline it #1 if they touch it, lol! I have to use it as a credit. Then works fine.
