                                  Actually I do great biz with plenty of "companies" with no phone number? Things have actually been fanfuckingtastic with namecheap up until the last couple days I actually came here to see if anybody else was having the same probs. All I get is the runaround from "support". Anyway fuckit I'm moving the domain problem solved. Thanks for the input clyde

                                              I have 100+ domains with namecheap and have made several adjustments to my domains in the last week, what is the exact problem you are having? I have never used their live support but the few occasions I've had to use their email support I get a response right away. Does their live support seem like its some outsourced person who has no clue what is going on?

                                                  yeah, thats exactly what happened. The way things have been working it been far from "cheap" cheap in price but overall things work well. Talking to the live support was a total bummer...
                                                  I'm not even going to go into it but it was frustrating as all fuck ... I just had to do things differently because how I was doing them before I guess things have changed. whateverrrrrrrr - it works now even though I'm moving it.

                                                      I have a few hundred domains with them and I only needed their support once
                                                      and the email was answered within a few hours.
                                                      I can live with that.
                                                      I hope you get your problem fixed. You could post here and maybe someone knows the answer.
