I would take a positive stand to this turn of events.........After the Real Estate shit went down, the mortgage company I worked for "promoted" several loan officers to a pay bracket were you were only paid 1.5 months after you have closed the deal (5% increase in commission).....so 1.5 months + processing time + appraisal and shit = ~3 months of no pay..........I said "fuck it!" since no one could close subprime loans with the market being as it is.............short version........I have replaced my income with online operations (I'm broke too.......kidding.......lol)
