Yes someone coming into the United States ILLEGALLY is going to fill out a 1040.

Not only are they not going to fill out a 1040, but when they get hurt, which is more common, due to their manual labor jobs (which they do well in my opinion, no sarcasim intended), they go to the hospitals and get free care.

I busted my head open once and was at Pomerado Hospital in Poway, CA. In the room next to me, there were two illegals, that were getting stiched up from being in a fight with each other. The nurse was complaining that they were not citizens, but the INS didn't have time to come get them, so they would stitch them up, send them off, and the state would foot the bill.

How is that fair when my insurance costs me $110 a month, and I pay the deductible?

I pay $96 a month for my son's insurance( $500 deductable ) and $65 a month for me ( $5000 deductable ). Basically mine is more for if I get really fucked up at least I can get treatment. I can come up with $5K if I need a new kidney or heart or something. Also just having the card gets me into the doctors office whereas if I didn't have ANY insurance they want payment upfront. Nice thing is I can deduct my insurance premiums.

I wasn't half as messed up as these two Mexicans that were in there next to me. My bill was $1,350 I believe. Assuming that these two guys were $1,500 a piece, that is $3,000.

Now for all the people bitching that our schools don't have enough money, that is (and I'm totally guessing) $3,000 that could have been spent on over 100 books for classrooms, teachers aids, etc.

We should send the bill to Mexico, but who would pay it?

Point of fact: They are breaking the law by being here, and it costs tax-payers more money because of it in the long run.

Are you really following or talking off your ass? The illegals who are to be legalized will have to pay back taxes and a fine and then will have to pay taxes every year. No taxes, no fine = no legalization, no taxes after legalization = no citizenship and revoked legal alien status. Point of fact: They are not breaking the law, they are breaking immigration law which is a civil offence only not misdemeanor not felony. They will now be paying taxes too therefore will be one of the tax-payers themselves.
