Checking them out is worth the investment... I don't know what you promote and I don't know what will sell on certain sites. I've bought every submit account out there three times over and dropped many along the way too. Some work great for certain stuff and are terrible with others. You won't know until you test them with your stuff, I'm all for exchanging ideas but no one is going to give you information to copy and dilute their traffic sources.
