Anyone that really promotes MILF sites and makes good sales from them knows that the surfer looking for MILF content wants them "old".. mid 30s at least... The term MILF really took off based on the American Pie movies and as such set the basis for what a MILF is.. i.e. you're late teens and you'd like to fuck your fiends mom... that implies she needs to be mid 30s at least but more around 40. One can discuss it all they want, but I know my numbers (and what others have stated based on their equivalent type of traffic) based on SE MILF traffic.. Young "milfs" don't sell as well as those of the more appropriate age I've outlined.
