Was just on the Webair website about to sign up, this is the exact kind of shit that I was trying to avoid by switching hosts.
We don't want to know that you'll take care of it -- we know you'll take care of it now that it's been posted publicly and others are reading it.
Please Webair, tell us WHY you feel that it's important to give this guy the run around like that, no what you'll do to fix it but WHY the problem came up in the first place. I'm so fucking sick of hosts saying one thing and doing another.
