just change hosts man there's enough of them out there, go talk to doug at quik-host.com or jim at techiemedia.net, tell them Waste from IronPath sent you over your sure to get a good deal. I've dealt with only these 2 companies for the past 8 years and never have issues with downtime and doug normally gives away IP's as long as you can justify it.
