Anyone using NATS CARMA for their members area?

We use it. As long as you have someone good to integrate it, it works like a charm

It'svrather SQL heavy, and will break if you dare upgrade mplayer.

I don't like the idea of my member's area dying if an SQL server goes down; or it becoming exponentially slower when more users sign in.

It's good at what it does, but it's a bitch to scale.
