I wish I could blame my wife for being a pussy... I just hate going out anywhere near the strip. She's always trying to get me to go out. Usually I just go out on Thursday (when YOU pussed out) and spend the weekend with family.
I'm born and raised here. This place sucks. It's like a guy from California going to Disneyland every weekend. Cool at first, tiring after! Would be good to meet up for dinner and some drink later around 9'ish if you're up to it

Sorry to hear about your Dad. Spend as much time as you can. When my Dad got sick I didn't see him nearly enough as I should have and one day I got the dreaded call. You can't get the time back.

Thanks man... he's doing great again now but like I said, the last 2 times he's been sick, it came on all of a sudden and led to about a week in the hospital each time. Mortality is a scary thing, and I'm sorry to hear about your loss.
My wife and I bought a house across the street from my parents, so we're really close. Who moves out and get a house across from their parents? HAHAAH! Luckily my parents aren't nosy like the assholes on Everybody loves Raymond.
