some anwsers to questions:

1. i want a sample = email me

2. list is mainly targetted to gambling,porn, dating and adult (anything over 18!)

3. The list has never been sold!

4. will i be accused of spamming?? No as they are all opt-in! but you could use a proxy just to cover you!

5.the lists come on 4 cd-roms and are in notepad format

6. Each notepad document has 10 million emails!

basicaly a combination of several methods. signing up to news letters,send to a friend script,"sign up here to become a free member", "do you want email offers from third partys?" in which case the surfer clicked yes! etc etc

not all from one site

So post some ip's / emails and dates of "opt-in" and where they signed up from
