Depends on what you are going to offer them
are you going to give them a marketing budget
ae you going to give them money to please big clients they bring in
are you going to pay for show travel

if you willing to do that then id just say a very small base salary of like 500$ and then a good percent 10-25%

if you are not doing any of that then id say a way higher base salary of a couple thousand a month and a 10-20%
