I haven't had a cigarette since new years... neither has my bride.
I used patches, she didn't.
Today, first day with no patches and I also want to go postal; my wife's fine (well, as "ok" as a chick can be).
So maybe listen to JUSTB in regard to cold turkey. Just lock up your guns.
On a side note, both of us sleep better due to better breathing. Food also tastes better, blah blah blah....
