Ahh... that's right... it's Good Friday.
Generally, I don't care one way or the other - but if I'm reminded of some tradition, or it's put before me - I'll generally try to abide by it unless it forces me to go out of my way.
So, instead of a beef steak tonight, I'll grill up a tuna steak!
