Indeed, I picked one up when I found out I was having my first child.
I wanted a good quality camera but was smaller than the average DSLR so that I could lug it around on family outtings.
The XT fit in perfect with those plans... and takes great shots!
Of course, that was before the XTi had come out and now I wish I had that instead.
